  • Till 2005, HRMantra was based on the client server VB6 platform:
    • We had to install our application on the client server.
    • An .exe needed to be installed on every client PC, which was a big pain.
    • Even the smallest client in various industries had very complicated policies.
    • Most other vendors refused to add new features at such unviable rates, whereas we kept on enhancing our product to meet their needs.

  • From 2004, new programmers were not keen to work on VB6:
    • So from 2006, we migrated to the fully browser-based VB.net platform.
    • This shift helped us expand to PAN India basis.

    • Faster execution and processing speed.
    • More secure memory management.
    • Better suitability for complex calculations.
